Location: Rugby
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week - flexibility required

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join a brand-new warehouse operation in Rugby.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new site from the very beginning, helping to establish and maintain a safe, efficient, and fully operational warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the warehouse and site.
Complete routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and building areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and site issues.
Support planned preventative maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
Support the successful launch and ongoing operation of the new warehouse.About You:

Previous experience in a maintenance role within a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
Strong practical skills in general maintenance and repairs.
A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business.
Strong commitment to health and safety standards.What's on Offer:
