As the Facilities Receptionist you will:
* Be first point of contact for members of the public, or in house professionals contacting the department.
* Deal with telephones enquiries bookings and day to day receptionist duties.
* Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal, use initiate and hold good IT and team working skills.
* Be able to work independently using your own initiative while maintaining your role as a strong team player. You will have excellent telephone and IT skills
* Have previous experience of receptionist work.

£15.50 - £17.50 per hour
