The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production processes run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a complete production line or production sequence within a control room environment
Monitor and manage production processes and performance parameters
Set up and control production programmes
Carry out routine and specialised quality checks
Monitor process results and take appropriate action where required
Follow contingency procedures when production deviations occur
Contribute to the assessment of production outcomes and quality standards
Liaise with maintenance teams regarding repairs and maintenance requirements
Support and advise manufacturing staff where necessary
Remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift

About You

We're looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
A positive, can-do approach to work
Strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a similar production role
Technical or mechanical aptitude
Experience operating or working alongside production line machinery
