How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job – Assessor Trainer – Electrical – full time and part time opportunities

    Salary - £39,365- £45,675 per annum plus 5k market supplement for Full time - Part time will be pro rata.

    Holiday- 25 days per annum plus bank holidays ( pro rata for part time )

    Location – Broxbourne Campus

    About the Role

    To support the successful enrolment, delivery, training, and achievements, via the application of effective teaching, learning and assessment practices for all apprentices on your caseload. To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas / specialisms..

    Key Responsibilities

    * Strengthen employer communications as a central point of contact, including for matters such as attendance, punctuality, and progress concerns.

    * Support with external relations including awarding bodies and end-point assessment organisations.

    * Support with the development of marketing material and information to promote the Hairdressing apprenticeship provision with prospective apprentices and employers.

    * To ensure the effective delivery of all components of an apprentice’s journey from the point of enrolment through to timely completion.

    * Work in conjunction with the wider apprenticeship team to ensure new apprentices are enrolled effectively and timely onto their chosen apprenticeship standard.

    About You

    ✔ GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.

    ✔ Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in the identified subject area / specialism or willing to work towards within probationary period.
    ✔ Occupational industry experience in the identified subject area / specialism.
    ✔ IT literate.
