How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a Performance Coach, you'll work closely with operational teams to improve colleague performance through targeted coaching, behavioural development and high-quality customer conversations. Using performance data and quality insights, you'll deliver tailored coaching interventions that drive better customer outcomes and support a culture of continuous improvement.

    We're looking for an experienced Performance Coach to join a growing team, working closely with operational colleagues and leaders to drive behavioural change, improve customer conversations and enhance overall performance.

    This role is focused on coaching rather than traditional training. You'll use performance data, quality insights and observation to identify development needs, deliver tailored coaching interventions, and support colleagues in achieving measurable improvements in customer outcomes.

    Description

    Deliver one-to-one coaching to colleagues and leaders
    Use quality and performance data to identify development needs
    Support new starters through their early development journey
    Enhance coaching capability within leadership teams
    Drive behavioural change and conversational excellence across the operation
    Partner with Operations, HR and L&D to improve colleague and customer outcomes

    Profile

    Experience coaching within a contact centre, customer service, operations or performance environment
    Strong ability to influence and develop others through coaching conversations
    Comfortable analysing data and performance trends to identify development opportunities
    Experience coaching sales or customer service teams to improve performance and customer outcomes would be highly advantageous
    Passionate about developing people and creating a culture of continuous improvement

    Job Offer

    Salary circa £45,000, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
    Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week onsite in Grantham, with additional office attendance required depending on business needs
