Location: LS1, Leeds
Dates: 14th - 17th July
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour 🌼
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members 📞
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence ✉️
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Support the team with various tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:
Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✨
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A cheerful and positive attitude, even during busy times
