We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Tow Motor Driver to join our client's busy and friendly team in Gaydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse or production experience looking for stable, full-time work with regular hours and an early finish every Friday.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
Friday: 06:15 – 11:15Key Responsibilities
Delivering parts to the production line using a tow motor
Operating a tow motor safely and efficiently
Picking, packing, and handling stock accurately
Line walking and general warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly
Liaising directly with the client regarding daily operational requirements
Supporting colleagues to meet production targets and resolve issues quicklyWhat We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or production experience is essential
Experience operating a tow motor is advantageous
A Counterbalance Forklift licence is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided for the right candidate
Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
Good spoken and written English, as you'll be communicating directly with the client
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
Reliable, hardworking and a team player with excellent attention to detailWhat We Offer
