Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and highly regarded one-form entry primary school in the Hampstead area from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stage of their development.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging, child-centred activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children through play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
Assisting the class teacher in delivering high-quality Early Years provision
Encouraging children's communication, language, literacy and numeracy development
Observing, recording and assessing children's progress
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children's social, emotional and physical development
Working closely with colleagues and building positive relationships with parents and carersRequirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in England
Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be nurturing, enthusiastic and committed to helping every child reach their potential
