Ambitek is currently recruiting for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our client's growing team. This is a long-term opportunity working on industrial sites across Widnes and the surrounding areas.
A pool van is provided for travel between the workshop and local sites, making this an excellent opportunity for fitters looking for consistent, long-term work.
The Role
* Mechanical fitting on a variety of industrial sites
* Installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
* Working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
✔️ Time-served Mechanical Fitter
✔️ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
✔️ Valid CSCS, CCNSG, or EMSS Safety Passport
✔️ Previous industrial site experience
Pay Rates (LTD / CIS / Umbrella)
💰 Basic: £24.05 per hour
(First 8 hours, Monday–Friday)
💰 Overtime 1: £28.70 per hour
(After 8 hours Monday–Friday and the first 6 hours on Saturday)
💰 Overtime 2: £33.35 per hour
(After 6 hours on Saturday and all hours worked on Sunday)
