Site Manager

Our client is a well-established, main contractor which is renowned for delivering complex commercial office developments across London, specialising in cut-and-carve refurbishments and new-build schemes.

We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager to join a team on a £50m CAT A commercial office fit-out based in Oxford Street.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 2 floors of office space out of the 8 floors of the site. They must ensure health and safety compliance as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards. They must also report directly to the senior project manager.

To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering large-scale commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor.
