How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School | South Liverpool | September 2026 Start
    Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary schools in and around the South Liverpool area from September 2026.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. Working closely with class teachers, you'll play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through high-quality classroom support and targeted interventions.

    The Role
    *Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
    *Deliver targeted small-group interventions in Maths, English, Reading and Phonics
    *Work alongside class teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
    *Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
    *Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude to learning
    *Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

    The Ideal Candidate
    *Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
    *Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
    *Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
    *Is confident delivering intervention sessions to small groups
    *Has a positive and consistent approach to behaviour management
    *Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about supporting children's education
