The Role… SEN Supply Teacher
As an SEN Supply Teacher, you'll work within specialist schools across Huddersfield, delivering engaging lessons and creating positive learning environments for pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities.
Every day brings something different. You'll adapt your teaching style to meet individual learning needs, manage behaviour positively, and work closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff to ensure every pupil has the opportunity to succeed.
Whether you're covering planned absences, long-term vacancies, or day-to-day supply, you'll play an important role in helping pupils continue to make progress while providing consistency and structure across specialist settings in Huddersfield.
You'll Be…
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for Special Educational Needs
