How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contribution will be highly valued.

    What Youll Bring

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    What Youll Do
Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures
Administer and maintain document management systems, including Viewpoint and ACC
Coordinate document submissions, approvals, revisions, and transmittals
Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
Support project compliance by maintaining accurate records and audit trails
Assist with project reporting and documentation-related processes

    Why Youll Love Working Here
This is more than just a document control role, its an opportunity to become an integral part of a growing consultancy delivering some of the UKs most interesting and technically demanding projects.

    Youll benefit from:

Exposure to prestigious MOJ, commercial, and public sector projects
A supportive and collaborative team environment
Opportunities for professional development and career progression
    Flexible working arrangements
The chance to contribute to projects that make a real impact across the UK

If youre a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller looking to join a forward-thinking consultancy where your expertise will be recognised and valued, wed love to hear from you.
