This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join a leading firm as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will work as part of a specialist team on all areas of property litigation with a particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage your own caseload while also mentoring and supervising junior team members. Your key duties will include:
- Independently and proactively handling defended service charge, ground rent, and possession matters across both residential and commercial properties.
- Providing expert legal advice on breach of covenant issues and general landlord and tenant matters.
- Ensuring adherence to court and tribunal deadlines, with consistent attention to high-quality case management.
- Assessing claims, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of defences and counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly.
- Delivering training sessions and supporting the professional development of junior staff.
- Keeping clients informed through regular reporting and maintaining transparent communication throughout case progression.
- Contributing to business development efforts and supporting the growth of the practice.
