🔨 The Projects
What used to be £500k-£1m schemes are now consistently £3m-£6m Super Prime residential projects across:
• Chelsea
• Kensington
• Mayfair
Typical works include:
• Heavy refurbishments of single dwellings
• Basement excavations
• Full strip-outs & rebuilds
• High end fit outs and extensions
All delivered for UHNW clients - where detail and accuracy at tender stage really matter.
🧱 The Role
• Preparing detailed cost estimates for high end residential projects
• Breaking down bespoke packages and specialist trades
• Engaging with subcontractors and supply chain to build accurate tenders
• Working closely with the commercial and delivery teams
• Supporting the business in winning and securing high-value projects
This isn’t box-ticking estimating - you’ll need to properly understand the build.
💼 What You’ll Need
• Experience within Prime / high end residential construction
• Background as an Estimator or Assistant Estimator
• Strong understanding of how high-spec projects are put together
• Good subcontractor knowledge and market awareness
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
You don’t need 10+ years experience - but you do need to know this market.
