We are working with a high-profile international law firm that is looking to appoint a Head of Business Acceptance to join its Risk & Compliance function in London.
In this role, you will work directly with the firm's GC and will be responsible for overseeing the firm's new business intake, client onboarding, conflict management, and client due diligence processes.
This Head of Business Acceptance role would be ideal for an experienced Compliance professional with a strong background in an international law firm environment. You'll have excellent knowledge of UK AML legislation and the SRA Standards and Regulations, strong commercial judgement, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
