How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Regional Manager – West & North West London
    £65,000 + Bonus + £5,000 Car Allowance + Mileage

    Our client, a successful and growing multi-site business, is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across West and North West London.

    Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational performance, and customer service standards across the region.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full responsibility for regional sales, costs, profitability and overall performance.
    Ownership of the regional P&L, reporting monthly to senior leadership.
    Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers to maximise performance.
    Support store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results.
    Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth across the region.
    Conduct regular store visits, ensuring high standards of operation, presentation and compliance.
    Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
    Manage the regional budget and ensure effective cost control.
    Work closely with HR to build a positive, high-performing culture.
    Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and health & safety requirements.About You

    Proven experience in a Regional or Multi-Site Management role.
    Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
    Track record of delivering sales growth and improving profitability
    Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
    Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
    Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.Package
