BIM Technician - Building Services (Contract)

London | Hybrid Working | Outside IR35 | £30-£35 per Hour

We're looking for a BIM Technician with Building Services experience to join a growing consultancy delivering technically challenging projects across a range of sectors. If you're confident using Revit MEP and enjoy working on complex, multidisciplinary schemes, this could be the ideal contract for you.

What you'll be doing

·Producing and developing high-quality Revit MEP models.
·Coordinating mechanical and electrical building services designs with multidisciplinary teams.
·Supporting projects from concept through to detailed design.
·Carrying out BIM coordination and clash detection.
·Ensuring models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
·Collaborating with engineers to deliver coordinated, buildable solutions.

What we're looking for

·Previous experience as a BIM Technician within a Building Services consultancy.
·Strong Revit MEP skills.
·Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordinated design.
·Experience working on building services projects within one or more of the sectors listed above.
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within project teams.
