How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Neurodiversity Support Workers – Aberdeen

    Salary: Starting at £23,401.95 progressing to £25,529.40 (pro rata)

    Hours: Full time and Part time roles available

    Are you passionate about supporting neurodiverse children, young people, and adults? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families? A-ND () is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Neurodiversity Support Workers (NDSW) to join our team in Aberdeen, with a base at our facilities in Carnie Drive, Aberdeen.

    The Role

    As a Neurodiversity Support Worker, you will provide direct, one-to-one support to neurodiverse children, young people, some adults, and their families. This role is both varied and rewarding, offering you the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities, including:

    Home Care and Support: Delivering care, support and assistance within the homes, places of work or education of our children, young people, adults, and families within a 15-mile radius of our Aberdeen facilities.
    Playscheme and Clubs: Leading activities during weekends and school holidays, ensuring that children and young people have access to supportive and stimulating environments, based at our Aberdeen facilities.What We Offer
