About the Role
We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Kensington & Chelsea. Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals
Assist pupils with additional educational needs and tailored support strategies
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and participation in learning
Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour
Help prepare teaching resources and maintain an organised learning environment
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment
About You
The successful candidate will be:
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Caring, patient, and approachable with a positive attitude
Able to motivate and encourage pupils of different abilities
A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality support
Previous experience in a school, childcare, or educational support role is desirable but not essential
