Working Hours: 4 days on / 4 days off (7am - 7pm)

My client is looking for an experienced Air Freight Operator to join team based in West Drayton, London. The right candidate will have direct experience dealing with Air Freight and AOG operations, ideally with experience dealing with import and export customs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day Air Freight Import and Export operations, start-to-finish.
Liaise with international air freight agents, airline operators and brokers.
Supplier and client liaison and negotiation. Procuring, calculating and presenting air freight pricing solutions.
Dealing with AOG Operations.
Monitor transports, ensuring all are running to schedule.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Air freight operations experience is essential.
Previous AOG experience.
Import and Export operations experience is essential.
Previous experience with Aerospace Goods and Dangerous Goods is desirable.
Time-critical logistics experience desirable.
Customs knowledge and experience desirable.
