About the role:
Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 6:00am start (8 hours per day)
Pay Rate – £15.00 per hour
Brief Role Description – Assisting specialist operatives carrying out mastic sealant installation, concrete repairs, waterproofing and protective coating works on commercial and industrial projects nationwide. This role involves travelling to various sites across the UK, with accommodation provided where required.

About You:
* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual & reliable
* Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
* CSCS card essential
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Comfortable using hand and power tools
* Willing to travel and work away from home when required

Main Duties:
* Assisting with the installation and replacement of mastic sealants
* Preparing concrete surfaces for repair, including breaking out, grinding and cleaning
* Supporting concrete repair, waterproofing and protective coating works
* Removing failed sealants and preparing substrates
* Loading materials, maintaining clean work areas and following RAMS
* Working safely on commercial and industrial sites nationwide
