We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Garden Maintenance Foreman to join our busy, growing team to look after beautiful properties across Richmond and Central London.
The Role
As a Foreman, you will oversee and execute general gardening maintenance tasks, ensuring our premium indoor and outdoor spaces are kept to the highest standards.

Garden Care: Manage comprehensive plant care across indoor and outdoor settings, including watering, planting annuals/bulbs, pruning, irrigation, lawn care, and overall garden development.

Client Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a professional point of contact and responding appropriately to client queries.

Operations: Complete daily electronic job sheets accurately, highlighting next steps and progress.
What You Will Need
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

2+ years of recent industry experience with demonstrable knowledge of planting, pruning, pest & disease control, irrigation, seasonal tasks, and lawn care.

Ideally a recognized horticultural qualification, or equivalent high-level industry experience/knowledge.

Exceptionally organized with strong time management and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, operations teams, and designers.

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential. You must be comfortable travelling and working across Richmond, South West London, and Central London. Prior experience driving vans is important but not essential.

Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
