We are looking for both Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners and unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children. If you have a passion for helping young children learn, develop, and thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities
Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Supporting observations and children's learning journeys
Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
Previous experience working with children in a nursery, childcare, school, or similar setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
Understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial
