Project
* External refurbishment of a Heritage/Listed Theatre in Central Oxford
* You will be lead Manager and play a key part in the successful delivery of this project
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running external refurbishment & maintenance works
* Managing projects from start to finish
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors to keep the programme on track
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients
* Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met
* Keeping site paperwork and reporting fully up to date
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in city centre refurbishment projects
* Strong communication and client‑facing ability
* Confident with paperwork, reporting and IT
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Able to provide 2 recent references
* Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
Salary description
£200.00 - £270.00 per day
