We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation within the education sector for the position of Finance Manager, based in the Swansea area. Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
Overseeing budgeting processes and financial forecasting
Preparing monthly financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance
Collaborating with departments across the organisation to support financial planning and decision-making
Providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
Leading a small team and fostering a positive, collaborative working environmentCandidate Requirements
Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within the education sector
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues
A collaborative approach with strong team-working skills
