Class 2 Tipper Driver

Multi Trades Recruitment are recruiting for a Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a busy depot based in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and flexible Class 2 Driver looking for long-term ongoing work, delivering materials across the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire on a part-time basis.

About the Job

* Start Date: 16th - 20th July

* 2–3 days per week

* Up to 10-hour shifts

* Between 05:30 - 17:30

* Long-term ongoing work

* £14.50 per hour

* PAYE

* Based from the Crewe depot

* Deliveries across the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire

Job Overview

* Driving a Class 2 tipper vehicle to transport materials safely and efficiently

* Completing deliveries and collections across the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire

* Transporting clay, subsoil, aggregates and topsoil

* Delivering to construction, housebuilding and agricultural sites

* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

* Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in line with company procedures

* Loading and unloading materials where required

* Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and records

* Following all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures

About You

* Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

* Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification

* Possess a valid Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous experience driving Class 2 tipper vehicles is preferred

* Flexible and available to work 2–3 days per week

* Reliable, punctual and safety conscious

* Good knowledge of road transport regulations

* Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service
