Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (5 days per week)
Salary: £93-£105 per day (PAYE) | Up to £118 per day after AWR

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026.

Has a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEND
Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic
Is a recent graduate considering a career in education, psychology, or speech and language therapy, or someone with relevant experience
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is reliable, proactive, and keen to make a real difference
