Position: Programme Manager
Location: Deeside, Flintshire
Job Type: Permanent / Onsite

My client, a leading force within aerospace manufacturing are on the hunt for an Programme Manager to join the team in Deeside.

Role and Responsibilities – Programme Manager 
In this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all customer commitments within the organisation, ensuring operational, commercial, and technical performance across portfolio of the company’s products.

Other responsibilities include:

Act as the primary customer contact for all production programme matters, providing clear updates, recovery plans, and communication of technical or commercial issues.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programmes
Lead regular customer reviews covering performance metrics, reliability trends, repair performance, and emerging in-service issues.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to manage in-service issues affecting the company’s equipment.
Experience or Qualifications – Programme Manager

Proven experience in programme or project management within the aerospace or defence industry
Project management certification (e.g., APM, PMI) or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain
Background in engineering, operations, or supply chain within aerospace
