Duties will include:
* Facilities management of the office, arranging events and coordinating staff socials
* PA duties to the Directors, diary management, absence and expense management
* Providing confidential and high-level executive assistance to the Directors
* Dealing with all building insurance, business rates and utility management
* Health and safety and HR administration
* Responsible for inventory of office supplies
* Assist and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the office
The successful candidate will have previous EA/PA/office management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
