Job Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Consultant to represent our client's own brand of high-end fine jewellery alongside two prestigious Swiss watch brands.

Based on the shop floor, you will be at the forefront of the business, engaging with customers and delivering world-class customer service.

*

Driven by customer satisfaction, you will quickly embrace the company's and brands' standards, ensuring that in-store presentation is consistently maintained to the highest standard and in line with agreed plans.

*

Commercially aware, you will present each product in a knowledgeable, engaging and informative manner, equipping prospective customers with the information they need to make confident and informed purchasing decisions.

*

The successful candidate will be keen to develop their responsibilities over time and quickly establish themselves as a trusted and dependable member of the team.

Requirements:

Ideally, you will have at least one year's experience working for a jeweller or luxury watch retailer.

*

As the store represents two internationally acclaimed Swiss luxury watch brands, any previous experience, brand affiliation or accreditation within the luxury watch sector would be highly advantageous.

*

Excellent communication skills are essential. Whilst a genuine interest in watches would certainly be beneficial, the ability to communicate brand stories and technical features in an engaging and accessible way to all customers is far more important.

Wherever you have gained your retail experience, you will have consistently been recognised for your outstanding communication skills and your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The working rota includes Sundays and Bank Holidays, reflecting the store's status as a premier retail destination. The standard working pattern is five days out of seven.
