What You'll be Doing:
We are seeking IT Business Consultants to partner with client in Corporate Banking and Capital Markets and drive significant business and technology transformation in a global environment.
* Deliver PMO, Business Analyst, Product Management services
* Lead IT BPR initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlement, core banking
* Build trusted client relationships and identify value creation opportunities
* Collaborate with partner teams to ensure high quality execution
* Operate autonomously with proactive communication
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Previous consulting or project delivery experience
* Knowledge, insight, and hands-on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects
* Experience in IT or operational transformation
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools
* Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends
* End to end project lifecycle experience
* Requirements definition, UAT planning, stakeholder engagement
* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO)
