💰 Pay Rates
⭐ Level 2 Practitioner - £15.00 per hour
⭐ Level 3 Practitioner - £18.00 per hour
🕒 Flexible Working Pattern

🧸 Your Day-to-Day Role
Deliver fun, engaging activities that encourage children's learning and development
Support children's social, emotional, and physical growth
Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe and monitor children's progress in line with EYFS requirements
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning
✅ What You'll Need
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
A valid Enhanced DBS
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A positive and reliable approach
Excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children during their crucial early years
