The Role
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
·Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
·Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications.
·Applying primer, basecoat and clear coat to a high-quality finish.
·Carrying out paint rectification and polishing where required.
·Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
·Working closely with the wider Bodyshop team to meet repair deadlines.
·Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer and customer quality standards.
·Following all health and safety procedures throughout the repair process.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
·Excellent preparation, colour matching and paint application skills.
·A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality repairs.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
·Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence is desirable.
