How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    This Graphic Desginer role offers an exciting opportunity within the public sector to combine creative design expertise with strategic marketing and graphic design skills.     Description

    Support the delivery of the organisation's rebrand and brand development initiatives.
    Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital, print, social media, email, and web channels.
    Design and maintain branded templates across PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Mailchimp.
    Produce engaging visual content that strengthens brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
    Support email marketing campaigns, social media management, and LinkedIn advertising activity.
    Write, edit, and proofread marketing and communication materials.
    Design event collateral including banners, presentations, digital displays, and handouts.
    Coordinate with external agencies to deliver creative and digital marketing projects.
    Update website content and maintain organised digital asset libraries.
    Support internal communications and wider marketing activities across the organisation.Profile

    A successful Graphic Designer should have:

    Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing communications.
    Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
    Strong skills in Canva, Mailchimp, PowerPoint, and Word design.
    Ability to create visually compelling content across digital and print media.
    Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
    Understanding of brand management and visual identity standards.
    Experience with social media marketing and digital campaign delivery.
    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
