KDK Recruitment is working with a leading Tier 1 blue-chip main contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager for a prestigious flagship mixed-use development in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven project leader to join a high-profile, multi-phase development with the opportunity to move from a temporary contract into a permanent position.
The Role
You will initially take ownership of the fit out and finishing phases of this landmark development before progressing into wider project delivery across future phases. This role requires someone with the capability and experience to oversee all aspects of construction, from structural works through to final handover.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
* Strong background delivering projects for recognised Tier 1 or major main contractors.
* Experience managing complex new build developments.
* Expertise in fit out and finishing packages, with the ability to oversee projects through all construction phases.
* Excellent leadership, programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
