This manufacturing company in Middleton is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team due to growth. They are an excellent business to work for where they pride themselves on having a collaborative and people-focused culture.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to their customers and internal teams. This includes:
Handling customer queries
Processing customer orders
Updating customer information
Working with other internal teams such as sales, operations and finance
Supporting day-to-day operations and any other ad-hoc duties neededWhat you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in customer service and/or administration will help you succeed in this role, and you will need to be able to speak another European language. You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can work well in a varied and fast-paced environment. You're organised, have a keen eye for detail and prioritise effectively. You are proactive in your approach as well as being a problem-solver. You will also need to be able to get to their site in Middleton.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive an excellent salary of £25,000 - £26,500 depending on experience, as well as a great benefits package including holiday allowance, some hybrid working as well as a supportive working culture.
