About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Hixon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled powder coating professional looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract after a successful 13-week temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing metal components for powder coating
* Applying powder coatings to a high standard
* Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications
* Inspecting finished products and carrying out touch-ups where required
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' powder coating experience
* Strong understanding of powder coating processes and techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Location & Transport
This position is based in Hixon, which is a rural location. Applicants should check local transport links carefully before applying or have access to their own transport to ensure reliable travel to and from work.
