As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section while working closely with an experienced Head Chef and kitchen brigade.
You'll be responsible for:
Running your section during prep and service
Preparing fresh dishes using quality ingredients
Supporting restaurant service and private events
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
Working efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team
Helping deliver consistently high standards across every serviceWhat we're looking for
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen
Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
Good communication and a team-first attitude
