Rate: £16.34 per hour (circa £35,686) plus overtime opportunities
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. 4 NIGHTS (Apply online only)) 4 OFF.
Do you have 5 STAR customer service skills? Would you like to work in the security team at a high-profile London location comprising a luxury hotel and high-end apartments?
Applicants must hold a SIA DS license, have prior security experience and be happy working perm night shifts.
Essential criteria:
* SIA DS License holder
* Prior security experience working in a high-end environment such as luxury hospitality or similar is essential.
* Strong customer service skills
* Well presented with excellent communication skills
* Happy working perm night shifts, 4 on, 4 off.
* Happy undertaking front of house duties which will involve standing for a large portion of your shift.
Duties to include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
* Manage access control to the site
* Front of house duties
* Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
* Internal and external patrols
* Operation of CCTV and access control systems
* Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
* Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
* Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
* Respond to emergency situations
* Work as part of a customer focused team
