Key Responsibilities
As a Chef, you'll help deliver a high-quality food service by:
Managing and running a designated kitchen section
Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
Supporting and supervising junior kitchen staff
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Monitoring stock levels, portion control and minimising waste
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
What we're looking for
To be successful as a Chef, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or similar
Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
The ability to work calmly under pressure
A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Leadership skills to support junior team members
Strong organisation and communication skills
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
A reliable and professional approach to work
