Description
Assist with processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable tasks.
Assisting with all aspects of credit control
Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
Handle queries related to financial processes and liaise with internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Assist in ad hoc financial projects or tasks as assigned by the team.Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
