The Role
We're recruiting an experienced Commercial Flat Roofer to join a well‑established nationwide roofing contractor. This is a temp‑to‑permanent position offering long‑term stability, consistent work, and progression for the right candidate.
You'll be working on commercial flat roof projects across the UK, travelling with the team to various sites. Because of the company's logistics, you must be based in the North West - ideally around Bolton.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial flat roofing systems
Working with materials such as single‑ply, built‑up felt, liquid systems, EPDM, GRP, etc.
Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards
Working as part of a mobile team on nationwide contracts
Occasional overnight stays depending on project location
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial flat roofing
Strong knowledge of modern roofing systems and installation methods
CSCS card preferred
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel nationwide
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently when required
