We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operator to strengthen our Production.

Join our production team and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality chemical products in a safe, efficient, and professional environment.

As a Process Operator, you'll be responsible for manufacturing products through batch processing, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Working as part of a close-knit production team, you'll operate equipment, handle raw materials, monitor processes, and help drive continuous improvement across the site.

Commutable from :- Bolton, Chorley, Burscough, Ormskirk, Wigan, Rufford, Skelmersdale and Ashton-in-Makerfield.

Duties

* Manufacturing products in line with batch sheets, specifications, and standard operating procedures.

* Retrieving, weighing, mixing, and reacting chemical ingredients.

* Monitoring production equipment and recording process data accurately.

* Completing production documentation and reporting any deviations or issues promptly.

* Making process adjustments under the guidance of Laboratory staff.

* Assisting with raw material stock monitoring and preparing finished products for warehouse dispatch.

* Operating a Forklift Truck (where licensed and required).

* Supporting process improvements, hazard reviews, and other production activities as required.

Requirements

* Works safely and takes pride in producing quality products.

* Your experience will have been gained within a manufacturing environment

* Has excellent attention to detail and can follow procedures accurately.

* Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Proactive, reliable, and keen to contribute to continuous improvement.

* Holds an FLT licence (desirable, but not essential).
