How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Annual Review Lead
    Interim 6 Month Contract + potential extension

    Panoramic Associates is supporting a London Borough with the appointment of an experienced EHC Annual Review Lead to provide operational leadership and statutory oversight of its EHCP annual review function.
    The role will take responsibility for the timeliness, quality and statutory compliance of annual reviews, including amendments, phase transfers and associated placement and provision decisions.
    Managing a team of Review Officers, the successful candidate will provide clear operational oversight, strengthen quality assurance and support improvements in performance and practice.
    Key responsibilities will include:
    * Leading the delivery of statutory EHCP annual reviews.
    * Ensuring reviews and subsequent decisions are completed within statutory timescales.
    * Overseeing decisions to maintain, amend or cease EHCPs.
    * Managing amendments, phase transfers and associated placement and provision changes.
    * Providing specialist advice and oversight on complex annual review cases.
    * Managing and supporting a team of Review Officers.
    * Monitoring performance, timeliness, backlogs and operational risks.
    * Working collaboratively with schools, settings, families and multi-agency partners.
    We are looking for an experienced SEND professional with significant knowledge of EHCP annual reviews and statutory SEND processes. You will need strong knowledge of SEND legislation, experience of managing complex cases and statutory decision-making, and the ability to provide effective leadership, supervision and professional guidance to a team.
