How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition within a high-performing global business?

We're hiring a high-potential graduate to join the Talent Acquisition team of a leading global investment firm.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to a world-class in-house recruitment function, learning how top talent is identified, assessed and hired across a global organisation.

While interview coordination and candidate management will form a significant part of the role initially, this position is designed as an entry point into Talent Acquisition, with opportunities to develop broader recruitment skills and take on additional responsibility over time.

    The role

You'll join a lean, fast-moving Talent Acquisition team that supports hiring across the business.

A key part of your role will be ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams
    • Managing complex diaries, logistics and changing priorities
    • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates
    • Supporting a first-class candidate experience
    • Working closely with EAs, hiring managers and stakeholders across the firm
    • Maintaining recruitment data and supporting hiring processes

This is a busy, detail-oriented role where organisation, responsiveness and accuracy are essential.

However, this isn't simply an interview scheduling position. As you establish yourself and build credibility within the team, you'll have opportunities to gain exposure to other areas of Talent Acquisition, including:

    • Conducting initial candidate screening calls
    • Supporting sourcing and talent mapping projects
    • Owning recruitment processes for selected junior-level hires
    • Partnering more closely with hiring managers
    • Contributing to wider Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects

For the right person, this role offers a genuine pathway into a long-term career within in-house Talent Acquisition.

    Who this role is for

This role is ideal for someone who:

    • Enjoys organisation, coordination and working with people
    • Thrives in a busy, high-performance environment
    • Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
    • Has strong attention to detail
    • Is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and recruitment

Please note: This role is not intended as a route into investment or front-office positions.

    We're looking for

    • A recent graduate or someone graduating this year
    • Strong academics alongside internships or work experience (relevant office exposure is non-negotiable)
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • A proactive and dependable approach
    • Exposure to, and an understanding of, fast-paced professional environments

    The environment

    • A highly regarded Talent Acquisition team within a leading investment firm
    • Exposure to hiring across multiple business areas
    • High standards, strong collaboration and significant learning opportunities
    • Clear scope to develop additional Talent Acquisition responsibilities over time

    Ideal for someone who

    • Wants to begin their career in Talent Acquisition
    • Understands that developing strong operational foundations is critical to future success
    • Is excited by the prospect of taking on increasing responsibility over time
    • Wants to learn from experienced recruitment professionals in a high-performing environment

Please note: This role is based in West London and requires five days per week in the office. The position may initially be offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
