We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor, this is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing employee relations cases and supporting managers across a fast-paced operational environment.
About the role
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
- Support HR projects, employee wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations and case management experience.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law.
- Payroll support experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- CIPD Level 3/5 is desirable.
