Location: Rhyl, Wales
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full time

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

* Lead the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring safe, person-centred care and CQC compliance.

* Recruit, lead and develop the team through effective coaching, supervision and performance management.

* Drive occupancy, quality and operational performance while managing budgets and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

* Previous Registered Management experience within a care setting

* NVQL Level 4 or 5 or willing to work towards
