A multi-site business in Blackpool are looking to appoint a new Finance Manager. This diverse role offers plenty of stakeholder interaction, being a key player in driving commercial decision making with oversight of day to day financial operations.
Working within a friendly and supportive team, this Finance Manager role is well suited to an experienced senior finance professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally across the business.
Please note – this is an office based role Monday to Friday.
Your New Role as Finance Manager:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, as Finance Manager you will enjoy a varied role with duties including:
•Line management of 2-3 accounts staff, being responsible for their training and development
•Production of monthly management accounts including commentary and analysis
•Preparation of budgets and forecasts
•Support with year end statutory accounting requirements
•Support operational teams and Senior Management, providing financial insight and advice as required
•Ongoing development of existing financial controls, policies and procedures
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered, you will be an experienced Finance Manager with good commercial acumen, and ideally have experience of working in a multi-site, complex business structure. You will be proven in a business partnering finance role, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence, challenge and advise as required. Additionally, strong systems skills are required along with an analytical mindset.
