How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and managing projects from the initial stages through to successful completion. You'll become the key point of contact for customers, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Coordinate long-term projects, some lasting 12 months or more.
Liaise with Purchasing, Production, Despatch, Service and After Sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
Review commissioning activities and ensure all documentation is completed prior to project handover.
Process customer orders and raise purchase orders.
Maintain accurate project, customer and product information across internal systems.
Coordinate deliveries and proactively resolve any issues that may impact project timelines.
Complete final project handover to the relevant internal team.
    About You

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage projects with minimal supervision and take ownership of their workload.

    You'll ideally have:

Experience coordinating projects from start to finish.
Experience in a Customer Account Management or customer-facing coordination role.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
    Excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Experience using CRM systems and SAP would be advantageous.
A PRINCE2 qualification is desirable but not essential.
    Benefits

Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after successful completion of a 6-month probation period)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Holiday entitlement increases with length of service
Buy & Sell Holiday Scheme (following qualifying period)
    Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme
    Life Assurance (3x annual salary)
    Non-contractual bonus
BUPA Wellbeing Health Expense Cashback Scheme
    Cycle to Work Scheme
    Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme
    Salary Sacrifice Gym Scheme
    Ongoing training and development opportunities
    Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative organisation where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy taking ownership of projects, and thrive on building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
